As of June 1st of 2022, all restrictions against Covid in Turkey have been lifted for any flights within the country.

Face Masks are not Mandatory:
Wearing a mask outside in the public transportation or at any indoor envoirement is not a requirement anymore. If you wish to wear a mask in the crowded indoor/outdoor envoirements, you are free to do so as well.
Form for Entry to Turkey (HES Code):
HES code was a strict application to follow the possibly infected passengers during the pandemic. Many people still have doub if the Form for Entry to Turkey HES code is still needed in Turkey. HES Code has been dropped as well and you don't need to link it either to the IstanbulKart as it used to be.
